Refund Policy for Portrait/Video Sessions and Prints

In the case of camera failure, or an unforeseen emergency that prevents Mo'Elle Photography from shooting on a scheduled date, a new date can be scheduled or client can choose to be refunded for session amount (this excludes weather conditions, due to the possibility of damaged equipment, Mo'elle Photography will not operate in harsh weathers. Session will be rescheduled or client can request a Credit Voucher for future booking).

No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Mo'Elle Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed.

Policies

IF TARDY MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FOR YOUR SESSION, A $50 FEE IS APPLIED AND WILL NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR PHOTOS. (UNLESS OTHER WISE DISCUSSED). If Mo'elle Photography staff has not heard from client within that 30 minute late window, the session will be canceled.

All prints and products are subject to your state sales tax and shipping when applicable. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Mo'Elle Photography does, of course guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and works with the customers to approve designs and custom work before orders are placed.

Payment of orders is due in full when the order is placed. Prints and products arrive 4-6 weeks after payment is received. Rush shipment is available on some items for an additional charge. All rates are subject to change at any time. In the interest of fairness to all customers, all rates are non-negotiable unless booked through a special promotion.

In accordance with the copyright laws, any and all images appearing in the Mo'Elle Photography & Videography website, www.Mo'EllePhotography.com, all social media pages associated with Mo'Elle Photography & Videography, consisting of but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Kavyar, and TikTok, as well as any images photographed and captured are the exclusive property of Mo'Elle Photography & Videography and are protected under the United States and International Copyright laws.

Copyright and ownership of images taken by Mo'Elle Photography & Videography will always be retained by Mo'Elle Photography & Videography. Unless given written authorization, the client is forbidden by law from copying any images created by Mo'Elle Photography & Videography and agrees that all photographic reprints, digital duplications or copies of any type made from images created by Mo'Elle Photography & Videography shall only be carried out by Mo'Elle Photography & Videography.

The images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted, or manipulated without the written permission of Mo'Elle Photography & Videography. The use of any image as the basis for another photographic concept, illustration, or reproduction (digital, artist-rendered, or alike) is a violation of the law and is strictly prohibited. The license to reproduce such images is granted to the client on the understanding that all invoices are paid within the Mo'Elle Photography & Videography stated payment terms.

Mo'Elle Photography & Videography reserves the right to make reproductions of images created during assignments for marketing, promotional, competition, and editorial purposes. Mo'Elle Photography & Videography reserves the right to use images from events, permitting the subject captured does not object in accordance with the law. We also reserve the right to negotiate a cost to transfer use of rights, as we see fit.

The session fee is paid in advance to secure your chosen date. It is non-refundable should you cancel, but is transferable to another date in the event you wish to amend your booking with at least 48 hours notice. Special consideration is made for maternity and newborn sessions. In some rare event a refund is granted, we reserve the right to be given 30 days to return funds.
